Terms version: TERMS-20260916-R3D
1. Your seller
Ana-Raluca Constantin trading as My Art For You is the seller of the prints and commissioned portraits offered on this website.
Correspondence and returns address: c/o Noctis Studios, 23 Glenfield Road, Leicester, LE3 6AT, United Kingdom.
Noctis Studios is used only as the correspondence and returns address. Noctis Studios is not the seller, is not a party to the sale contract, does not operate payments and does not assume the seller's responsibilities.
Email: constantinanaraluca81@gmail.com
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. These terms apply to consumer purchases. The product description and, for a commissioned portrait, the written quotation agreed before ordering also form part of your agreement. No term removes rights that the law gives you as a consumer.
2. What you are buying
The print collection consists of physical, unframed A4 reproductions of original artworks by Ana-Raluca Constantin. Buying a print does not mean buying the original artwork, a frame or a digital download.
Prints are made using professional-quality paper and colour materials and are packed protectively for delivery. Further material characteristics are included in the relevant product description where specified. A signature, certificate, frame or additional item is included only if expressly listed with that product.
Display settings can affect the appearance of photographs on a screen. This does not excuse a material difference between the goods supplied and their description. Please keep prints dry, handle them carefully and avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
3. Limited editions
Only 10 copies of this artwork are available for sale. Once all 10 have been sold, no further copies will be offered for sale by My Art For You. The owner reported zero earlier print sales as of 10 September 2026. Current remaining availability is held in the shop's live stock register.
The live remaining count is calculated from paid sale allocations, audited offline allocations and active checkout reservations. Artist proofs, colour tests, gifts, charitable copies and replacements are outside that sellable pool unless explicitly allocated. A refund or dispute does not automatically return a numbered sale copy to availability; any approved restoration is recorded separately in the inventory audit.
The original artwork may still exist; images may remain visible in the artist's portfolio or online, and owners may later resell their copies. The sellable allocation is not a statement that only ten physical manifestations of an image can ever exist, and it is not a guarantee of investment value.
4. Prices and payments
Each A4 print costs £150 in pounds sterling. This is the price charged by us for the print, protective packing and standard outbound shipping, including any taxes that we are required to include in the displayed price. International import arrangements are explained in section 6.
The published portrait prices are per person: A5 £29, A4 £49, A3 £79 and A2 £119. The total for the agreed number of people, any requested extras and the delivery arrangement is confirmed by email before you commit to a portrait. Standard delivery is included in the agreed total; no unagreed extra fee will be added later.
Payments are processed through Stripe where an online payment option is offered. A print purchase is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed for an available print. After successful payment, Stripe may send a payment receipt. My Art For You will send an order confirmation and a copy of the terms applicable to the order by email within one working day. Adding an item to the browser basket or sending an enquiry does not reserve a copy or confirm an order. Starting secure Checkout creates a temporary reservation for the accepted quantities. A pending or failed payment does not confirm an order; stock is released only after a verified non-payment or expiry outcome, and an uncertain outcome keeps the allocation held until safely reconciled.
For online print payment, the shop server validates the whole basket against current stock and creates one Stripe Checkout Session with fixed products, quantities and total. Starting Checkout establishes a 30-minute local reservation; the hosted Session may remain open briefly longer. A basket saved only in the browser is not a reservation, and a success-page address is not payment confirmation.
Existing accepted orders retain their agreed price and terms. Website price changes do not increase the price of an order already accepted.
5. Dispatch and delivery
Orders are normally dispatched from the United Kingdom within two working days after confirmed payment. Dispatch is not the same as delivery. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by the carrier, customs or local conditions. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the UK dispatch location.
Standard delivery is included to destinations available at checkout. We select an appropriate postal or courier service after payment. Where the selected service provides tracking, we will send the tracking reference by email. The destination and included standard delivery are shown before payment. If no reasonable postal or courier service can fulfil a particular delivery address after an order, we will contact you and offer a full refund rather than mark the order dispatched. We will not take payment for an unsupported destination and then require an unagreed shipping surcharge.
A larger or multi-item order may be dispatched in more than one parcel. This does not add a charge for the included standard delivery unless a different service and price are expressly agreed before payment.
Commissioned portraits are made and delivered according to the timetable agreed by email before the commission is accepted. The two-working-day print dispatch promise does not set the production time for a custom portrait.
If delivery is delayed or a parcel appears lost, contact us so we can investigate and arrange the remedy to which you are entitled. Unless a different delivery period was agreed before purchase, the applicable requirement to deliver without undue delay and within 30 days continues to apply. Customs delays do not remove your statutory rights.
Goods remain our responsibility in transit until delivered to you or a person you nominate, subject to the statutory rules for a carrier independently appointed by you. You are not required to resolve our delivery obligations directly with the courier.
6. International orders and import charges
Standard delivery is included in the product price. Import VAT, customs duties, handling or clearance charges may be applied by the destination country or carrier and may be payable by the recipient unless checkout states otherwise.
Before payment we identify whether such charges are collected by us or may be payable by you on import, and provide the information required for that arrangement. We remain responsible for taxes and disclosures that the law requires us to handle. We do not describe shipping as including all worldwide import charges unless that is expressly confirmed for your order.
We describe the contents and value of commercial shipments accurately. Orders are not declared as gifts or deliberately undervalued to avoid lawful charges.
7. Cancelling an ordinary print order
A limited-edition print selected from the standard catalogue is not treated as personalised simply because its edition is small, it has an edition number, or it is printed after ordering.
You may cancel a standard print order without giving a reason by notifying us no later than 14 days after the day you receive it. If several goods under one order arrive separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. You may also notify us before dispatch.
To notify us that you wish to cancel or return an order, email constantinanaraluca81@gmail.com and include your order number where available. You may also write to the correspondence and returns address above or use the optional cancellation form. We will provide appropriate return instructions without undue delay. A clear statement of cancellation is sufficient; you do not have to wait for discretionary approval or use a particular form when exercising a statutory right. Not sending an email before returning goods does not automatically remove statutory rights. Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. Parcels must be sent only to the published correspondence and returns address or another address expressly provided in the return instructions, never to another project address or any Noctis backend or hosting location. This contact procedure does not restrict your statutory rights.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage, provided this was disclosed before you ordered. Protect the print in transit and retain evidence of posting. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of exercising your legal cancellation right.
We refund using the original payment method, without a processing or restocking fee. Where you are returning goods, the refund is made within 14 days of our receiving them or your providing evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. Where no goods need to be returned, the applicable 14-day period runs from notification of cancellation. We do not deduct the outbound shipping included in the print price. Any separately agreed premium delivery upgrade need only be refunded to the extent required by law.
A deduction may be made only for loss in value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the print, and only where the law allows it. This does not apply to a loss caused by our own error or a defect in the goods.
8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us if an item arrives damaged, is not as described or is incorrect. Please provide the order details and, where reasonably possible, photographs that help us understand the problem. There is no special 24- or 48-hour reporting deadline that removes your statutory rights, and photographs are not the only acceptable evidence.
We provide the applicable remedy under consumer law, which may include rejection and a refund, repair or replacement. We cover reasonable return costs where the goods are faulty, incorrect or otherwise our responsibility. Limited-edition status and custom-made status do not remove these rights.
A replacement, refund or other remedy does not silently alter the numbered sellable allocation. Any decision to restore a returned numbered copy to sale is a separate audited inventory action and relevant condition information must be disclosed.
9. Custom portrait commissions
Please email us before ordering. We agree the people to be portrayed, format, size, reference photographs, scope of changes, included revisions, price, payment schedule, completion estimate and postal or courier delivery arrangements in writing before the commission begins. Additional work or charges require a further agreement; they are not added unilaterally.
Please supply only reference photographs that you are entitled to use for the commission, with any necessary permission from the photographer and people depicted. Where a child is depicted, the customer must have the appropriate authority. We do not obtain permission to publish a private reference photograph or identifiable commissioned portrait in marketing merely because you place an order.
A portrait made to your individual specifications is normally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right for standard goods. We explain the applicable position before you order. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Any separately agreed cancellation charge must be fair and reflect properly justified, unrecoverable loss after reasonable steps to reduce that loss; unused advance payments are not automatically forfeited. No blanket 'all payments are non-refundable' rule applies.
Your rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or improperly supplied work remain unaffected. Reference photographs and correspondence are handled as explained in the privacy notice provided before they are collected.
10. Copyright
The purchase transfers the physical item, not copyright in the artwork or permission to manufacture reproductions. You may display, gift or lawfully resell your physical copy. Reproduction, commercial licensing or transfer of copyright requires a separate written agreement with the relevant rights holder. This does not prevent uses that the law independently permits.
11. Problems, legal rights and changes
Please send questions or complaints to constantinanaraluca81@gmail.com or the correspondence address above. We will seek to resolve the issue directly, without restricting any remedy, statutory time limit or access to a competent court available to you.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. No provision removes mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase, including protections that may apply in your country of residence.
The version provided when your order is accepted applies to that order. Later website edits do not retrospectively replace agreed terms.
